
| Information for entering the museum
To ensure that all visitors enjoy the appreciation of the artworks, please cooperate with the following points.
Upon Admission

Pets are not allowed in the museum. However, assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are permitted.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the museum.
During Appreciation

Visitors with young children, please ensure that your children do not run around to prevent falls or contact with exhibits. Please take extra care.

Do not touch the artworks or display cases.

When taking notes, please use pencils. Pens and mechanical pencils are not allowed.

Set your mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from actions that may disturb other visitors. Also, phone calls are not allowed in the exhibition rooms.

Eating and drinking (including water, candies, and gum) are not allowed in the exhibition rooms.

Please follow the instructions of the staff.
Regarding Photography

Except for works marked with a no photography sign, other works can only be photographed for non-commercial and personal use.

Do not touch the artworks.

The use of flash, tripods, and selfie sticks is prohibited.

Video recording is not allowed.

Please refrain from any photography that may disturb other visitors. If you continue to disrupt others' appreciation after being cautioned by the security personnel, you may be asked to leave the exhibition room.
Use of Photographed Photos

When publishing photos of works under copyright protection, please be aware that this may infringe on copyright.

Do not make any changes to the photos of the artworks.

If the photos of the artworks include other visitors, please note that publishing such photos may infringe on the portrait rights of those captured.

For photography intended for media coverage, please contact the Public Relations Department through the inquiry form.
Regarding Sketching

Except for works marked with a no sketching sign, other works can only be sketched for non-commercial and personal use.

Do not touch the artworks.

Only pencils are allowed. Colored pencils, pens, and mechanical pencils are not permitted.

The use of easels and erasers that produce debris is prohibited.

We provide non-debris erasers, please ask the security personnel.

Please refrain from any sketching that may disturb other visitors. If you continue to disrupt others' appreciation after being cautioned by the security personnel, you may be asked to leave the exhibition room.
